Gabrielle is a Licensed Counselor Trainee through the Ohio Counselor,
Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board, currently
pursuing her Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree at the
University of Dayton. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive
space to foster an environment that will encourage healing,
mindfulness, holistic wellness, and growth for her clients. Gabrielle
collaborates with her clients in sessions using a holistic, client-
centered approach and employs therapeutic interventions and
techniques from a wide variety of theories including, but not limited to;
Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical-Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing,
Acceptance & Commitment, and Internal Family Systems.
Gabrielle provides services to individuals of all ages, as well as
couples and families. She has a special interest in working with mental
health concerns such as inter-relational issues, trauma, anxiety, and
depression. Gabrielle believes that the therapeutic relationship is a
key component to the success of therapy. It is her hope that in
session, her clients will be able to increase emotional regulation and
stress tolerance, develop various coping skills, and have an increased
quality of life.
Gabrielle earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the
University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Over the years, she has
developed a passion for social justice, advocacy, and multicultural and
diversity issues.
