Our office hours for our Columbus office is as follows:

• Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Saturday by appointment

 

We provide court ordered drug and alcohol counseling and assessments as well as other mental health evaluations.

 

We are an approved provider of auxiliary services for the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation (BVR).

 

Fees and Insurances:

Most counseling services are covered by many insurance policies. Our therapists are "in-network" with most major insurance companies providing coverage in this area. If your insurance company is not listed, you can confirm our network participation by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card. A sliding fee scale is available for all insured and non-insured services. We also accept private pay for clients who do not have or do not wish to use insurance. Clients will be responsible for any payments not made by your insurance carrier. Co-pays are expected prior to services being rendered. A $35 payment will be assessed for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance. No appointments will be rescheduled after 3 missed appointments.
