Dr. Mona Robinson, PhD, LPCC-S, LSW, CRC
President and Owner
Dr. Mona Robinson is the President and Owner of TRU-ROB Counseling & Consulting, LLC. She is a Professor and Immediate Past Chair of the Department of Counseling and Higher Education at Ohio University Patton College of Education. Dr. Robinson holds a B.S. in Psychology, M.A. in Rehabilitation Counseling, and Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Services from The Ohio State University. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Supervising Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and Licensed Social Worker.
Dr. Robinson has a longstanding history of providing services as an independent contractor since being licensed as a Social Worker in 1989. TRU-ROB Counseling and Consulting Services, LLC was incorporated in 2012. Dr. Robinson is active in community collaborations with churches, businesses and other social service agencies.
